We’ve just caught up with cap hpi’s valuations guru Derren Martin for his take on how October’s trade values performed.
 
Although values dipped -1.1% (c£210), there’s plenty to chat about across age bands, vehicle segments and fuel type, with EVs the strongest performing fuel.
 
Spoiler alert. Cap HPI reports October’s retail activity was healthy, with respectable demand and dealers feeling relatively upbeat - more so than where they were last year.
